This region offers a whole host of leisure and sporting pursuits – either in summer or winter. In the summertime there is a heated outdoor swimming pool, an equestrian hall, tennis courts, Nordic walking and mini-golf facilities. In the wintertime you have a choice between exciting downhill ski slopes, cross-country skiing on well-signposted tracks, snowshoeing, strolling through snowy woods or making romantic pony and sleigh rides. You can also go ice skating or try out Eisstockschießen (a traditional southern German outdoor version of curling) on the nearby ice rink.

Our country hotel is situated in one of the prettiest valleys in the northern Black Forest, surrounded by fir trees on a mountain ridge overlooking the Murgtal valley. We pride ourselves upon our high level of comfort and our friendly atmosphere. The rooms are functionally decorated in a typical cottage style, and many offer a balcony. You can make use of ample sport and leisure facilities nearby. We also have a sunbathing area as well as the Mitteltal spa gardens practically on our doorstep.
