LOCATION - Our holiday house is situated in an area of Lipno lake in southern Bohemia. It lies in a quiet place at the outskirts of a small settlement Dvorecna, close to the forest and with a beautiful view to the surrounding countryside. The Lipno beach is available within 2 Km, a small snack-bar and the Internet are right at the settlement.

ACCOMMODATION - Living room with fireplace, radio receiver, sofa with two armchairs, a bed, dining table. Kitchen with microwave, cooker with el. oven, fridge with freezer, sink and kitchen utensil for 6 persons. New reconstructed bathroom with shower bath, wash basin and toilet. Two bedrooms (2+3 beds). Garden fireplace and furniture for six persons. Parking place for 2 cars.

PRICE LIST 2012:

·        Out season: 5900 CZK - week / house (stay possible even after days)

·        Main season: 7900 CZK - week / house (only week stay)

OTHER INFORMATION - The house is suitable for max. 6 persons. Dog or other pets are free of charge. Price is not including local tax, electricity and firewood. It is possible to pay in Euro in actual exchange rate.
